Contribute FeedbackNestled in a quaint locale, the restaurant garners mixed reviews from patrons. While some praise the delightful vegetarian options and excellent service—highlighting dishes like horseshoe gammon and garlic bread—others express disappointment, citing long waits for food and unclean premises. The ambiance is described as cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere for dogs, contributing to the overall charm. However, inconsistencies in food quality and service leave a divided impression. Despite these mixed experiences, many guests found it to be a hidden gem worth revisiting, drawn back by friendly staff and the promise of tasty meals.
A short walk from my business premises, and I can only apologise for not eating here before. Went for Sunday Dinner for two. Well presented roast beef dinner with good size portions of both Meat and Veg (there was also option of turkey) Friendly service and reasonably prices. Very impressed thank you. The restaurant offers a great variety of food with a helpful staff. There are a few spacious rooms at the back for dining, along with a cozy bar area with a fireplace. Overall, the service, meal quality, and atmosphere were rated highly. The price per person for dinner is around £20-30.
The restaurant was excellent. It had a warm and cozy atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. The meal was delicious and the prices were very affordable, ranging from £1-10 per person. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.
