We decided to try the beef Pho, which was served with beef, tendon, and a variety of fresh herbs. The clear broth, simmered for a long time with a combination of chicken and beef bones, was aromatic. The addition of the fresh herbs enhanced the overall experience. The meat was tender and flavorful, creating a delightful meal. View all feedback.
What 정식 류 doesn't like about Saigon Pho Carlton:
I ordered about $100 worth of starters for a business group. The crispy chicken was very good, not too spicy and definitely crispy. The spring rolls were good, especially when wrapped in lettuce leaves and dipped in one of the sauces provided. The rice paper...rolls were not good they were more like rice cardboard rolls, very difficult to cut and to chew. Inside the thick casings, the fillings were bland and lumpy. T... View all feedback.
This is the place where I tried my first Bùn Chay and realised that they are my favourite salad ever. Surprisingly filling and fresh, perfect as a sunny day alternative to the very comforting pho.
I have visited this restaurant several times and it is quite nice. The staff is friendly, especially a girl who is always smiling and very friendly, I love her. The food is fresh and tasty, and the space is a bit small.
This place is consistently good and never fails to offer fresh meals with a smile from the staff. My favourites are the rice paper rolls but also like the spicy beef noodles. The Vietnamese coffee was good but recently tried ca phe sua da which comes with a dripper cup with ice. Always enjoy this, especially in the warmer months. The menu is extensive and has something for everyone. It's also well worth checking out the specials.Notes: suitable for vegetarians, dietaries catered for, the cafe is wheelchair friendly, kid friendly, takeaway available and the parking isn't too bad it is Carlton though. Enjoy!
Perfect meal for cloudy and rainy Melbourne afternoon. Tried 'The Lot ' Pho with combination of beef and chicken parts. The broth had a deep flavor. Really aromatic. Beef was tender and juicy. Also tried the chicken ribs on tomato rice, tasted really full of flavor. The spring roll was thin, crispy, and yummy.
Love it so much! The place was so busy during lunch, but it was worth waiting! Unexpected experience, perfect for a cold day, definitely come back and try the others someday!
