No Whiner Diner - Carlsbad

Service was great, but the food is too expensive and not your typical quality of food. We asked for an extra small cup of ranch and said it was an additional dollar, but we didn't load after checking our ticket. The Salisbury Steak engraving was on the salty side and the meat was similar to a McDonalds McRib sandwich. The garden salad was a salad with no more than salad, cucumbers and tomatoes. My kids tasted pizza and seemed to be out of the freezer, but I could be wrong. Nothing in this place seemed to be? Homemade?.

I love it! The food tastes very homemade, the servers were nice, and there were pop and pop restaurant Vibes. One of the best restaurants in Carlsbad, you get your money worth eating.

This is a very lively place as it is popular among locals. You have a nice selection of burgers, sandwiches, salads and steaks. Price is reasonable, expect to spend around $10 per record. The staff is super nice. Overall, a beautiful local feeling.

Clean comfortable and cozy environment. Super friendly staff. A wide selection and variety of delicious dishes. I enjoyed my experience here.

I have eaten here many times over the last 15+yrs and never had a bad meal. I love the stuffed mushrooms appetizer, the No Whiner Slider, and the BLT. My dad likes going her on his birthday. He likes the prime rib off the sr. menu.
