we are here to eat every year for the last three years during the holiday. this is consistently the best place for a curry. the Indian web lamb curry is a good choice, perfect mix of taste and heat. each dish is unique and immaculate. the personal is great, friendly and accommodating at each visit. the love for detail makes all the difference and the service is impeccable. would recommend it. I am never disappointed by the food in masala bazzar. I try to try something else every time, so this time I had a salmon dish that turned out to be absolutely delicious. I could say the quality of the fish from the first bit. the naan was soft and fluffy (I am a special fan of peshwar naan) and my pina colada was right. my partner had the duck that arrived in a sizzling pan that smells as beautiful as it tasted. the service is always very friendly, no matter when I go (I know most of them but I am glad that this is the case if any new employees do not know that.) thank you for the amazing eating people!
We were in carlisle between the trains and sought a place to eat the train station. we discovered masala bazaar, went in and enjoyed some of the best Indian food outside indiens and one of the best customer service experiences anywhere. as Indian dwellers, I must always be dragged into an Indian restaurant in Britain, just to feel that I would have been better with a steak and kidney pudding or even fish and chips. not this time!
Probably the most true representation of the Indian cuisine they will ever find, I have tried many an Indian restaurant and nothing compare with the masala bazaar. they can really close their eyes and be back in indies while taking a bit of the delicious food in the offer. kieran and his staff make it an unforgettable experience, we have found our last indians
Stayed over in Carlisle on the weekend of 6/7th October and went for tea here. Absolutely amazing food. I went thinking I'd have a bog standard tikka masala and was worried when I never saw that on the menu, but ended up with a chicken sizzler dish, spicy fish starter. Just amazing, fresh and tasty. Staff so friendly, well-mannered and polite. Always asking if everything was okay, would we like anything else? Definitely be back here again. Well done guys, the place is brilliant :
