What Cee Pee doesn't like about Reno's Pizzeria:
I simply refuse to pay $16 for a sandwich and fries which also happens to be a comparable price to their small 1 topping pizza. The one picture of a menu is not up to date and the prices have increased across the board about 25%. If it was cheaper would definitely have given this place a shot based off of reviews, but the price gouging of typical menu items made me wince at the thought of how much the bill was going... It 's not a chain restaurant so you get the local charm.The gal who waited on me was very pleasant and nice.An expensive item is easier to bite off and chew when it 's quality. The pizza I got was good, and quality was obviously there.The crust was seemingly fresh and hand rolled. It was not just a frozen crust. The flour was still present on the bottom of the crust where they had rolled out the dough preparing my pizza.
Spaghetti meatballs and small pizza. The food and people are great. We will be back.
Salad bar was cold with good variety of toppings. Great selection of pizzas on the buffet, and it was fresh and hot.
I attended a fund raiser at Reno’s last night. Fantastic food, great crowd, rocking live band and really cool owners and staff. Going to Reno’s next time I am close to Carlinville.
Have to stop here for pizza every time I come through Carlinville. So good!
