I went here a couple of weeks ago with 8 mates and we had a great experience! The bar/restaurant itself is nice, looks out over Oxford Street. Plenty of beers on tap, wine and cocktails. The food menu was great and varied. The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. Service was nice and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Overall a really great place to catch up with friends or to bring a date. Not super fancy,... View all feedback.

Was excited to see they had Guinness on tap around St Patricks Day! Couldn't resist a pint of the black stuff, but was left very disappointed, probably the worst pint of Guinness I've had. Not left to settle during the pour and I assume not pumped using nitro to give it it's usually creamy smooth texture. If you're not going to do it properly, don't bother all all! View all feedback.
We had the vegetarian Paella which was very nice. It was slow to appear though and when I questioned this the manager agreed and brought free drinks to the table. For a pub-style environment the service was startling good from the wait-staff and the manager, the drinks are a good size $9 for a glass of quite nice wine, and the meal was $24 for two people. The menu is full of spelling mistakes with GF Gluten Free and V Vegetation options....they also have lemon wages available....
Had a Groupon dinner here in early June. Location was very eye catching. When we arrived, the whole bistro was half occupied then it was full house after 15 minutes of arrival. Fortunately, we ordered after we have settled down but still have to wait for a long queue for the drink. Spring rolls were surprisingly good with crispy pastries. Seafood Paella did not take a long time and it’s presentation was spectacular. There was a good varieties of seafood and the taste was well balanced. Overall, food and beverage are. Other good but the vibe is too noisy for me as an old man ...Lol!
Best wings I've had in a long, long time! Happy hour cocktails were strong but delicious. Service was relatively quick. The buffalo sauce was my favourite on those wings though!
What a food experience! We were greeted by Gregory who took us to the table and made us feel very welcome especially with our little girls. They have an amazing selection of menu. Someone has really thought through the selection. Caters for everyone. They also have an extensive selection of beers on tab. Their bar set-up is very unique. They have definitely created an environment where you can eat and hang out with live music. We ordered chicken nachos, and edemame for the kids. The nachos were huge. We also ordered char grilled garlic prawns, Atlantic salmon and the beef ribs. The salmon was melt in your mouth with the perfectly, crispy skin on top. It's even better with the beetroot. The beef ribs was simply amazing. The flavours were outstanding. The kids also wanted to demolish this with the chunky fries. Their fries are soooo fluffy. We actually ordered more. The prawns well I'm still thinking about them. This is a definite menu item to order. This place is excellent for family's and those that need to wind down after a hectic week. The crowd speak for themselves and the staff totally make this place even better. We will definately be back.
I love The Upper Deck! It's my favorite spot to have a drink in Bulimba. It's a laid-back bar with great service and delicious small plates. If you're in the area and unsure of where to go, I definitely suggest checking out The Upper Deck!
