Went here on a Saturday for lunch, the spicy beans were delicious and the added poached egg was perfectly runny. Staff were attentive and cheerful, coffee was good, happy to come back any time! View all feedback.
What Stephanie Dare doesn't like about Cafe Grenadine:
This Cafe has been very hit and miss. Often they make mistakes with orders and they forget to give you everything that is on the actually meal e.g. Pear missing on pumpkin waffles. When you bring it up to their attention "oopps sorry about that" and they still charge you the full amount. View all feedback.
It's a cute little cafe. I love the aesthetics. It has a creative unique menu and friendly service. I will definitely visit here again. Thumbs up from me.

Delicious, fresh and barrels of taste. Have dropped in a few times and will be back many more. Love the fixed menu and the variety of specials I've seen/tried on the board so far. The cafe itself has a really relaxed vibe and lovely service. Great for a morning when you feel like a chilled but delicious bite. Coffee has been excellent as well.
On the way to visit the Picnic this morning and my gaze was caught by the opening door of this café so stopped by and gave it a go. They opened at 7:00am and I was 10 minutes early so waited outside and let the staff have their preparation ready. Definitely I was the first customer of the day and the gentleman gave me a very friendly smile. Ordered the flat white and Asian Chicken Salad. Although the flat white was presented without nice coffee art, the cosy vibe complements the discrepancy and settled me down. Wow, I was surprised to look at the huge portion of the salad which was so generous. Taste was refreshing as it was a combination of Thai and Vietnamese style and matched my palate. I am not a big eater so there was nearly 1/3 left on the plate. I think the staff and the chef would understand that...sorry!
I've been coming here since they opened - because it's a delightful place, calming and yet vibrant. The food is always exceptional, made from the best real ingredients. It's definitely a cafe to check-out and not just at the weekend. A real gem in the burbs...
