Minglewood Brewery - Cape Girardeau

I stayed overnight in downtown Cape Girardeau on a road-trip. After checking into my hotel I was looking for a place to grab food and drinks to unwind. This a short walk from the center of town down to the river. Excellent pizza, you could share butit?s all good size for one hungry person. Nice selection of craft beer with samples/flights and friendly staff.

Sunday brunch was excellent. One of the best brunches I've ever had! Interesting brunch drinks as well like the coffee old fashioned. Breakfast pizza was azing and side of French toast was only $3!

This brunch has forever changed my perspective on what good service means. Our server, Charlie, was impeccable. When our drinks were running low, Charlie was there. When the food was up, Charlie was there. The moment an empty plate needed to be bussed,Charlie was there. It was effortless for him, but meant the world to us. Outstanding. 5 stars for Charlie.

Good food! Personally, I ordered the pizza. To be completely honest, it wasn't really my thing, and it was a bit overpriced for the size. I haven't tried everything in the restaurant, but my experience was great. They have huge pretzels, they looked verygood. I've had pretzels from Bavaria, Germany, and they looked just as big and yummy as the ones in Germany. Wonderful service,and I would totally recommend the cheesy garlic bread. 10/10 crisp and cheesy. The marinara was also delicious.

We have been coming here since they opened a few years ago. The service has always been great and this last time, Brenden was fantastic! We like the selection of craft beers and we always get their house special sausage and goat cheese pizza. Neverdisappointed. Highly recommend and look forward to our next visit.
