The menu changes to a more popular or common fair really diminish what set this establishment apart from other restaurants. Our first two times the food was phenomenal and unique. What User doesn't like about Imperial Taproom:
We arrived for our confirmed dinner reservation last Friday night, only to find two signs on the door stating that the restaurant was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We were quite disappointed, especially since we had chosen Canyon to celebrate our anniversary. View all feedback.
Beer selection is excellent, but the chicken and waffles and chick biscuit were bland, dry and the chicken overcooked.

Everytime we eat at the Imperial Taproom, they knock it out of that park. This is our absolute favorite spot for date nights!!!
Something about this restaurant has drastically changed. The food used to be really good. Our last meal was almost uneatable. New owner? New chef? I don’t know. I hate that such a cool place has gone downhill so fast.
