My husband and I decided to come to Bakers on a whim, we've been here before about 10 years ago and the food was poor quality but we decided to give it another chance because friends of ours said it was better now. It was hard to believe that this was the same place. They did a remarkable job on redoing everything, inside and out. But once the food came out, I knew it was the same place. Great food, good service in what now is a very comfortable setting.
Our first visit since they reopened and WOW! We went early since it was Saturday and wanted an unhurried experience. Service was great and perfectly paced from drinks to appetizer to meal to dessert. Steaks were simply incredible melt in your mouth perfection. NO ONE does steak like Baker's! The homemade pie was delicious with a crust that was very flaky, light and buttery.
I love going to Baker's.The food is great. The staff is very kind. It is so nice to have such a great place to eat in Canton. Tired of all the chain restaurants taking over. It was the longest wait whike they were rebuilding it. Would recommend this restaurant over any place at Belden Village area.
The food was prepared perfectly. Started off with the breaded mushrooms which they served with their homemade spicy ranch. Followed by chicken, which was the best cooked chicken I’ve had in a long time. Then topped it all off with a piece of their homemade warm apple pie with ice cream and caramel. The wait staff was so friendly and could not have asked for better service. Definitely will be back again and again.
Visited Baker's on Wednesday night for my wife's birthday.My son and his wife and little girl was with us.Our server was Jim.Jim was one of the best we have seen in a long time.Always there when you needed him ,but never intrusive.Steaks were super as usual and dessert was delicious.Baker's is our new go to place for special days.Thanks folks.
