My wife and I have been hearing about this restaurant since we arrived a year ago, and we finally had the opportunity to try it. Wow! Every bite was absolutely perfect, and the cocktails were just as impressive. We began with the fried green tomatoes and the grilled romaine salad. Wife and I had dinner here on a Friday. Several aspects were good and Several not so good. The maple cocktail was watered down by the time it got to the table and wasn't worth the 12. The ceaser salad was 15 bucks and was just a wedge of lettuce withe a tiny bit of cheese and dressing. The burger for 21 dollars was comparable to a 12 burger from grinders. Our first visit to Fronimos and we loved it. The interior is very well done, a small space but very charming. It has a very warm, inviting atmosphere. I ordered the tequila jalapeno sour drink it was fantastic (although you better like jalapeno). The food was wonderful! I truly appreciate a restaurant the does NOT feel the need to have a huge menu, but yet offers enough variety for everyone. I had the walleye special and my husband had the beef over risotto, portion sizes were perfect, food was delicious. Can't wait to return!
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonably priced, fried green tomatoes and Gouda risotto are must orders. Excellent addition to downtown Canton food scene.
