While I do not eat at Chick-fil--A a whole lot I do try to visit this one. It's where our son works. Proud of him! We visit it so we can get even just a glimpse of him! the food was good, but the service was bad. accidentally ordered the combo meal and changed my mind. I mentioned something to the casser and she only asked me what I wanted to eat for mine, twice. So I kept the combo. my partner wanted a ranch package a few minutes after eating and went into the register only for 3-4 minutes to be ignored and even say “Excuse me” to a particular employee and she also ignores them. Always so kind and consistent! plus the quickest drive thru around and they always give our pups treats, too! we love our local chick fil a!
This was a doordash delivery visit. The customer's order was ready and waiting when I arrived. The employees greeted me when I approached the mobile take out area. Everything was bagged up and sealed properly. I was in and out of the mall with a quickness. Thank you for being so efficient. I cannot comment on the food as this was a delivery order.
I'm a big fan. My family loves the chicken. This one is in the Belden Village mall. There's also a free standing one on Dressler Rd just 5 minutes away. Usually both are very busy but they know how to get the lines to moving. Other places should take notes!
I always love Chick-fil-A the corner in the food court in the mall is a little crowded while waiting for food but luckily they're quick!
Great food, the only problem is their long line which is impossible to avoid, but besides that everything is amazing.
