this unique independent caffe, is over two etagens and has very interesting decoration. the service is fast and the staff are friendly, they also become taylor food orders. there are limited seating in the ground floor, but there are much more sitting places in the upper floor that they can either eat or take away, eat and drink. What Bethany eklic doesn't like about Eleto Chocolate Cafe:
We've been to this café several times, and each time, without fail, we are not greeted and are completely ignored for an extended period of time. We went in today, they had two tables (so not very busy), and instead of serving us, two members of staff decided to clear one table together, reorganise coffee cups behind the bar and generally do anything that isn't acknowledging us. It's a shame because the food is tasty... View all feedback.
We’ve visited a few times. It’s been fine for drinks, if slightly slow service. Made a mistake ordering food there recently though, the bread was totally dry a smidge of mustard on one side and nothing on the other (no spread, mayo etc) a Cuban should be a great sandwich, it really wasn’t worth the money.
Popped in after a small shopping trip with my partner. Delighted to see a nice size cafe with well spoken staff and excellent service. The Turkey Swiss was fantastic a good portion size.
Lovely little place in Canterbury with halal food. Imran was incredibly helpful and kind and came and spoke to my wife and I for some time
Excellent quality service the food was wonderful I had an amazing experience I really enjoyed my desserts and coffee the third best restaurant/coffee shop which I have visited which was in Canterbury
Ordered four sandwiches and drinks. Bread thick and dry, fillings ok, drinks ok, but took an hour to get the food sandwiches!!! One only appeared after we’d finished. Really lovely waiter brought the dog a bowl of water. Poor slow food but kind staff
