Some Wendys seem to go downhill recently. I've been avoiding something. Nice to report that I had a nice experience here. Service was fast for a lunch order and everything looked good. Sometimes it is obvious that there was not much care to make the food. I'm glad everything was done well. Only small problem was no napkin delivered. Luckily, I had something with me. Order was incorrect (asked for extra cheese) and the girl taking the orders had poor customer service. I didn't get asked for a receipt nor got any napkins. She seemed like she could care less. View all feedback.

The food was super fresh tonight One thing I really appreciate about visiting tonight is customer service. The workers were very patient and friendly I appreciate it thanks
Today was a long day! I worked 11 hours and decided after I arrived in my house that I wanted to get a quick bite to eat. I went to Wendys and waited about 10 minutes in the line before I left my wallet at home. That made me extremely upset and I had to run home to get my wallet. I returned and waited again about 10 minutes in the line. I pull up to the window super stressed because I was exhausted from a bad day. Beth greeted me and was an absolute heart as always (I recognize them from the front) and she was just so friendly and took additional steps to make sure everything went smoothly with my food. I am a car dealer and have about 4 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry, I have worked fast food, and I have worked retail. My point is, I know an asset for a team when I see one. Beth, you turned my day and I hope you see managers because you deserve praise! Thanks for being so brilliant today!
This is a good Wendy's. I've never had a bad meal here.
