The food at this restaurant was outstanding. It was very delicious and cooked to perfection. We ordered the Chicken Pillow, Thai Lemongrass Chicken Satay, and Thai Iced Tea, all of which were halal. The service was also top-notch. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lemongrass Thai-halal:
Caution is advised with the new owners of this restaurant. Not only has the quality of the food declined, but they are also dishonest. I placed an order on their website and upon arrival, I found out that the kitchen was closed due to sanitation issues. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but they refused and have yet to issue a refund over two weeks later. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company... View all feedback.
Food is good but beware of customer service issues--if you have any issues with your order they will argue with you and refuse to recognize the error and credit you back or provide the right dish. We got an order with 2 of the same dish so needed it corrected but they refused to refund/credit/re-do the dish to reflect what we actually ordered. They were argumentative and did not listen when I kindly explained what happened. Will reconsider whether we continue ordering from here. Unfortunate.
Watch out! eating was in order when they go with credit card out if they go! they charge 4% credit card fee without telling them and it is displayed on the reception as tax. if they don't care, it can easily mislead them. it only started my eyes and I know that $3,89 is not 10% of $28. tax is actually only 9.5 that is when the waiter showed me a SECOND reception that shows the 4% credit card fee only to whom i asked! very fraudulent. they have charged my card, but returned after that. I wouldn't have known if I didn't catch it myself. tax to hide the cc fee is very deceptive, so they see themselves for it. they only explain when they ask. I want to have a photo of my reception here.
We had our iftaar here in lemon ramparts. its 100% halal food. we have the wang tonsuppe, orange huh, spicy combo roasted rice, clear and red curry. it cost about $60 or about $15/dish in average. the food we ordered was enough for 3 to 4 people. the personal was really helpful, even helped us pack the food for going. in any case will come again. the food was really delicious. enjoy it
Was one of my favorite experience. Is located in a strip mall so not a lot of parking. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The staff is Thai, India and Chinese. The menu is predominantly Thai food with big portions. Our waitress made me feel like family. So much food had to take some of it home. Good food, excellent service and moderate prices is why it was a trifecta and is worth 5 Star..
Good average Thai food. What was ordered was not exactly served. Thai iced tea not so good.
