I decided to visit this restaurant based on its positive reviews, but I was disappointed by the brisket, which tasted more like roast beef than actual smoked brisket. There was no smoke ring on the meat, and I couldn't detect the smell of wood smoke anywhere near the building. Friendly and quirky service, amazing alternative to the many seafood options in canon beach. had the pulled pork sandwich, it was a lip-scatterer. blonde ale was also super delicious.

The place us pretty small. When we arrived there was only one other group. Walked in an immediately the guy behind the counter said no I can't serve you because the party was too big. Only 6 of us. Had tables empty, but he said we couldn't split the table, and we would have to wait till the other party left. He was not friendly, professional, or even seem interested in having our business.
Great atmosphere and staff! The food was top notch! Drinks were poured perfectly and the smoked jalapeno pineapple rum sunrise was so good but you may breathe fire after. Made with 151. Job well done guys!
