4 of us had dinner on a Friday evening. Our friends are foodies so we were anxious that they enjoy the food, which we think they did! Excellent shared large mussels in tomato broth for appetizer, and then we all had meat mains duck,...pork chops, Bison pappardalle, and beef short rib. All excellent, particularly the beef and bison pasta. Huge portions, with 2 pieces of meat each and a heap of bison in the pasta sauce. SMall but adequate wine list, and excellent server called Sam. Always going to be challenging to create atmosphere in a hotel restaurant which is catering to families, but we sat for 3 hours chatting with all the service we needed but no pressure to move. Also no problem to have a service dog with us.
What Jovan Moen doesn't like about Vic's Steakhouse & Bar:
the place was nice, the food was good, the prblem is that had a menu of 5 pieces to lunch, but were made of seafood, so it brought it to 3 items, the rediculous. no fish and chips available and another fish dish. View all feedback.
My friend and I were in canmore for a ski holiday. search for the trip consultants for restaurants and read all reviews, we decided to give table a try as there are so many positive reviews. they didn't disappoint. our eating was delicious,...we had dinner for two special. maddy, our server, was amazing and visited our needs. our culinary experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this restaurant

We planned a get-away to Canmore (two couples) and visited Table Food Drink in Canmore. It's located in the Coast Hotel. We had a very positive experience while dinning there. The food was excellent and the two staff members looking after us were fantastic....Their suggestions for menu items and Happy Hour were bang on. We would like to recognize both Maddy and Ofer for their friendly smile, great service and making our dinner extra special.
This is a very busy restaurant with few servers …..who are the best! We ate there every day for three days and never had a complaint until this morning. We ate the breakfast buffet two days ago and it was amazing! However, for the same...price today, the buffet consisted of cold and wet scrambled eggs, dry hash browns, stale bread. There was no fresh berries, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict or other foods we enjoyed at the last buffet….but we paid the same price! We had also invited our son after raving about how great the buffet is. T He lives here and won’t be coming again. Expensive and disappointing.
