Manggis In Canggu

Beautiful selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options here as well as many different drinks and milk for coffee. the mango smoothie bowl was delicious. I also tried to house salat which after some season was good! I ordered a latte with her homemade milk that splits into the coffee. I had to order another with the more expensive outside brand. Unfortunately the morning I visited there was a strong dewatering smell, I hope that was a departure and it improved with time. updated by previous review on 2022-06-23

We ordered delivery to our Villa and the food was amazing. Good variety and really tasty. The buttermilk chicken burger was incredible!!

As the title says, I had an awesome croissant at Manggis this morning. Really well done, flakey and soft, totally recommend. I'm so often disappointed by vegan croissants so this was a fantastic find. The pancakes on the other hand I could have done without. The cream was really thick and over powering, the texture wasn't what I was looking for. The coconut ice cream that came with it was lovely though. Spacious place, kind staff, many choices on the menu.

The food was quite good. We ordered Goulash and Vege ramen, both were good, nothing exceptional though.

The food and the atmosphere at Manggis are really one of a kind. Manggis is not only about food, there is so much more about this place that I love. The staff is super friendly and nice. They care for the environment and animals but don‘t advertise it. They make their own milk and serve amazing coffee and cakes. And also worth mentioning: the owners are Indonesians, which actually is super rare for a „fancy vegan resto“ in Canggu. Manggis is more than just another vegan restaurant! It‘s a place full of love and obviously delicious food. Cant recommend this place enough.
