We did this restaurant during our last night at the Hyatt Ziva. Dress code is more relaxed than stated so if you forgot dress shoes or slacks, jeans and sneakers worked fine.Food was very good. We had both fish options, Salmon stuffed with lobster and Sea Bass. Bother were very good, and not just for an all inclusive, but I would happily pay for it at a nice trendy LA restaurant. What User doesn't like about La Bastille:
Esse restaurante faz parte do all inclusive do hotel Hyatt Ziva... View all feedback.
Amazing eating and service. very stylish and romantic ambiente. shout after capitana carmen and waiter javier so we feel special.
This only French restaurant in hyatt ziva is a wonderful surprise. the menu is very clever, the portion is small, so they can order a complete menu and the service was professional and friendly. the highlights of our two separate dinners were the ones and the petty lamming. the mushroom soup was delightful and the baba rhum cake flaming whisper with ice is a delicious and potent desert.
We spent 5 nights in hyatt ziva for my birthday and spent 4 nights eating in this restaurant. it's just great and seems better than the last time I heard a year ago. we ate everything on the menu and there was no. a thing we don't enjoy. I'm pretty heavy from restaurants, so I'll say that. if they are French or looking for a truly authentic French experience, this cannot be their favorite. for us it was the best steak, lamb, sea bass and suppen. it's not exactly how they are in paris, but its still tasty. the attention to the details in everything from the drinks to the desserts was impressive. martin the sommellier was a tasty bite and he has great wine options. does not fear the Mexican wine, some of them are delicious.

Salmon was soft and pink in the center, not over cooked at all. Only thing I would say needs some work is the desserts. The souffle was kind of half souffle half molten lava cake. The berry dessert was still a bit frozen, so i got the creme brule which was good.
Our hands down, favorite restaurant at Hyatt Ziva. Marco was our waiter three times during our stay and each time was a phenomenal experience. The food was amazing as well. Surf and turf is a must!! Thank you.
