Everything was bad. Waitress came over stared at us, didn't say anything. Food was disgusting cold broccoli, soggy fries and rubbery chicken. Husbands salad was nothing but spinach. Waitress moved the empty glass and never refilled anyone's drink. Wasted time and money. Never again Bob's. View all feedback.
Always loved this place. But lately they have been slipping in quality.
Came in around 6pm on a Sunday for dinner. Hostess was friendly and seated us right away. Then we watched our food sit under the heat lamp for over 5 minutes while our waitress was more occupied with sweeping floors. (There were only 2 other tables occupied at this time. Waitress did not check on us once food was delivered. Waited for a long time to get our check after being done eating.. only to be told our waitress had left for the night without telling us, leaving us high and dry and wasting time.Very disappointed in this location.
We ate here on March 27 in the evening. The food was average. The biggest issue was the kitchen staff was blasting music with profanity in it the entire time. I am not talking just a few words here or there, it was bad. I ended up having to play music at my table so my 3 year old and other 2 kids didn’t have to hear it the entire time. Not something I would hope for in Canal. Very disappointing.
Everything was great. Even took a loaf of banana nut bread home.
Been coming to bob evans for so many years love the pancakes
