The food and service were great, it did take about 10 mins to get my food (walk-in order)to go, however it was still a pleasant experience.Parking: Easy in and outWheelchair accessibility: Ramps, but no automatic doors. They do have accessible stalls in the men's room. I assume they do in the ladies room as well, but I did not venture in there to confirm. Lol View all feedback.
What Stephanie Travis doesn't like about Kfc:
This location is the so slow. It's nearly impossible to get food here without waiting 45 minutes to an hour! It's completely unreal!!So if you want to eat before you die from hunger, I highly recommend going somewhere else!!!By the way, the food finally came after waiting an hour and 10 minutes! I tried the new spicy wings and loved them, but like so many things in restaurants now, they are only available for a limited time. I thought that they would be sticking around at a higher price point, but I was told by someone who works there that they would be going away at the end of the month. I guess after this month, I will be eating at KFC a lot less often. These restaurants think that limited time items greatly improve their business. Maybe that is true, I do not have access to those numbers, or maybe it is a supply chain issue, but in my case, it makes me want to eat there less.People are creatures of habit, and constantly changing your menu will only succeed in attracting a new audience for a short period of time instead of long-term customer retention, which should be the goal of every business.
It’s a shame there isn’t an option for 0 stars, I definitely wouldn’t even give 1 star to this restaurant.30 minutes after ordering on your app, I get to the campbellsville Ky KFC. They said it wasn’t ready yet, they’d been busy with the drive through. 1 car in the drive through and 2 other customers. I asked why my order was showing complete 29:14, flashing. The 2 women working said they didn’t know. Then when asked when I get the following excuses, which contradicted each other…1) drive through was busy2) the order on the front screen didn’t “go to the back” so they didn’t know about it.3) they didn’t know why it was flashing complete4) they were out of dark meat (a wing flipped out when the manager (she called herself that) or team lead (the other lady called her that) SLAMMED the warmer/oven door and stormed out to call someone, not sure who.At this point I asked for a refund. McDonald’s can give a refund even when order purchased on the app. They said they couldn’t refund, yet couldn’t provide my meal.I’m currently disputing the $39.74 charge on my debit card for a meal I never received. The most alarming part of the entire experience is the manager/team lead SLAMMING the door of the oven and the lady behind the counter walking out, not once but twice. Left the register unattended, with 2 other customers waiting.
One of the best KFC's I've ever been to the food place as great the restaurant was clean and the staff was super nice ?!
