Bad service, I called to place my takeout order when I got home and opened my food, they only put rice with 5/6 shrimp, they also put the other food very badly, I called to let them know and the woman who answered very rudely said no It was my fault that I couldn't change my order or return my money. For 4 orders I paid more than $60 dollars. I do not recommend this place fatal service.

Went on 2pm late lunch on sat. No customers. Needed help ordering because I haven't been there for a while. Katherine blurred a question out. Took the order and next thing I know I was paying. She never guides me through their menu. I wanted to order more but she rushed my order. I was even trying to show her on my phone. No care whatsoever. I didn't even get a chance to order a drink. Then I get the audacity to leave a tip. What a slap in the face. Here's my tip : don't hire anyone that doesn't want to work in fast food and doesnt know what customer service is. It's unpleasant, and the customer is left associating the food with the experience. This is the reason business fail. Greet the customer, have picture menus and the main one: don't rush us. Ask what else would you like? A little goes a long way. Wish you the best L&L but I won't be coming back.

Other locations have containers that keep food separated from each other not here they throw it all together in one big pile. Other locations serve gravy on the side, instead of covering all my food like they did here. Would've specified to out on side except this is the only location that does it this way. Go to any other location not this one. Who wants gravy covered macaroni? To top it off the sauces are all watery as he'll.
