I had the chicken roast. Although it was pretty busy the food wasn’t too long of a wait and FOR SURE worth waiting for! Was delicious and full of flavour, just a little under temperature. But was amazing and can be overlooked. Nice friendly and helpful gentleman behind the bar. For the price it’s great. View all feedback.

What a disappointment! We had heard amazing things about the Sunday lunch here. However, too much salt in everything especially the roast chicken! mushy veg, warmed up roast potatoes the worst and bisto gravy? The Yorkshire puddings were fab and it is a pretty pub. View all feedback.
Staff absolutely rude. I am a local resident. During covid, I supported this pub, buying mulled wine and beers in plastic cups at the window. Regret having done that now after the treatment we received this weekend. Simply rude staff and an especially rude publican. A lot of other options in the neighbourhood less than 5 minutes away. Not coming back.
An amazing hidden gem! We were at the Zoo and didn’t want to eat there. We stumbled over this Pub and it’s just amazing! The waitress is really nice and the food just lovely.
A great pub, never lets down, love it. Great in the summer and cosy in the winter. Helpful friendly staff as well as a great selection of drinks, and they sell pork scratchings too. Thanks guys!!!
Food was delicious but cold ..chicken roast was good , lamb was cold but cooked well . Friendly and lovely atmosphere..
They sell Blue Moon and allow puppies inside. Nothing to complain about here.
