Wendy's - Cambridge

I agree with some of the reviews, when it comes to the cleanliness of the store , it is horrendous. The food wasn't hot by any means, fries were Luke warm , same as burgers. We asked if there were any specials and the kid shrugged his shoulders and took our order. I come to find out the next day they had buy one get one free if you buy a certain order. My oh my we were upset. Pretty bad your own employees do not know the specials. But by the reviews this Wendy's do not seem to care. Its to bad because we will not be stopping by here again. Its time these stores who perform bad and don't care suffer the consequences for their terrible customer service and for such a poor attitude towards the cleanliness of their store. There reviews and score say it all.

Very bad experience here…. It took forever to get my order… very badly managed all by people who don’t know how to do their jobs… horrible customer service… I just wanted to get my granddaughter her favourite chicken strip combo! The food is very delicious but the staff are rude..

We decided to go for lunch one afternoon while the floors in the house were being replaced. We went with vinyl flooring because it is much easier to clean, plus the cost was a lot less than expected! Isn 't Vinyl a weird word? If you type it out, do you have to think about the spelling for a minute? Maybe even 3 seconds? I do. It 's a silly thing. Just like the word necessary . I never get it right the first time. Dissapointed is another one. See? i just spelled it wrong. (Google told me...it has a little red line)Anyway, we had burgers and fries. They were good. Pretty much what we expected. I mean...it 's Wendy 's. You get what you expect, right? Cool beans.They don 't have beans.Miss ya Dave!

Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. We have been traveling and choosing Wendy's has never let us down. Except for the Franklin store in Cambridge.This one gets a hard NOPE!My husband and I were immediately ill, I'm still not 100% the day after.This store was filthy Entry doors, order kiosks, pop filling stations. The bathroom is a no go.There were so many red flags. If they don't clean what you do see can you imagine the state of what you cannot see.
