Terrible. Words cannot describe the experience I had. I ordered a LARGE chicken shawarma wrap. The lady makes me a SMALL chicken shwarma wrap, when I complain about it they just give me the $3 difference back RATHER THAN GIVING ME A FULL REFUND OR MAKING ME MY LARGE SHAWARMA LIKE I PAID FOR. This place is terrible, very dirty and the workers cant even understand simple english. I asked for extra sauce and no spice on my chicken shawaram poutine, I get barley any sauce and so much spice. Chicken tasted burnt!

The best shawarma in my life. I tried it for the first time 5 years ago, as soon as this restaurant was opened. I and most of my friends and colleagues loved eating here and still do today. The food is not healthy, but very, very tasty. I love shawarma wrap, chicken poutine, rice with chicken. It's very tasty gravy for fries. Also you can ask to add more sauce everywhere. Very tasty salad with shawarma chicken. It's just a pleasure.I have never had the best butter chicken anywhere.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff displayed sexist behavior when they ignored female customer to serve 2 male customers that entered the restaurant AFTER I was waiting there. Spoke to the manager on the phone. Came back to resolve it and was only offered to have $5 off the meal (meal is $16). Called the manager a 2nd time and she expressed for me to be understanding...yet her staff are the ones who wouldn't serve me as I waited and proceeded to serve the 2 men that arrived in the store after I had already been waiting in line for a few minutes. What is there to be understanding about? Then she hung up on me. Not professional at all. Most places would offer to cover the meal when it is just 1 meal but nope. Instead you will get told to be understanding and hung up on.

I had a wonderful experience at CT shawarma. I ordered a wrap and it was so delicious the girl was making my wrap so friendly. Definitely everyone should try their food because they have many options in menu.
