The food is terrible, service untrained and pricing average, therefore for poor food, renders its value low.Even for a pub, the schnitzel sandwich is bad. The pork chop itself was poor, the worse schnitzel I have had anywhere. Fries were poor, chill terrible. Service inexperienced and rushed. At $25 per person for a luncheon type meal, low value. Would not return.

After lots of tri... read more My wife and I have recently retired and moved to the Cambridge area and were looking for a casual place with great food and reasonable prices. After lots of trial and error experimenting we happened on the Black Badger. Great find !!!! Great beers, great friendly service, and pub food that is definitely a cut WAY above, We have returned several times and have never been disappointed. Who knew downtown Galt was so British.

W... read more We met family for supper - none of us had ever been there, but it was about where we were, so we picked it out of a hat. (No we didn't; we used Trip Advisor.) We sat outside on the patio and there was enough sun and shade for all of us. The service was prompt, cheerful, and helpful. The food was quite good - I was a wee bit disappointed in the chorizo soup but it was okay. Nice chicken wings and great desserts. Not top of the heap, but a very pleasant meal with family all at a reasonable price.

The brine with gar... read more Whenever I and my wife have time for lunch. We're going to the black attic. Great food and great service!! Everything from the menu is great. The brine with garlic roasted naan has quickly become our favorite appetizers from any restaurant...or pub we've ever been.
