Starting with coat room the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We attended a company holiday event in the beautiful lounge. The food was lovely to look at and even better to eat. I have now also enjoyed the Parsnip for my birthday. It was a lovely experience, near the fireplace and their decorated tree. Love it! View all feedback.

The room is beautiful and elegant, the service was great, the food was just ok and expensive. This was our second time. The first, about a year ago, the food was fabulous. They had no non-alcoholic cocktails on the menu. We asked the bartender to make one for us and it was terrible. View all feedback.
One of the best healed dishes I had in new england. in any case will be back.
The service was extremely slow. my food should be hot, but it was served cold. I paid a lot of money for under and cold pasta. I'll never go back here.
Parsnips is located in a classic style room, low environmental music, so there is no problem to hear all at the table. service was quiet, efficient and warm. the food was excellent to be appropriate.
The food was excellent; both my companion and I enjoyed our entrees. Initially we shared a salad, but we had to use our bread plates. Knowing that it was to be shared, we should have been given two extra salad plates. Minor slip.
Expensive, noisy, portions were very small for the price, pasta special was bland.
