Despite some disappointing experiences including closed doors and poor communication, Grafton remains a solid choice for reliable service and decent food. The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, with the exception of a few hiccups. The prices may be a bit steep, but the quality of the food and the overall dining experience make it a worthwhile visit. From a hearty brunch to a satisfying Dine Out Boston menu, Grafton offers a range of options that are sure to please most diners. So why not give it a try and see for yourself?.

Great food and service. We had brunch and ordered a lot of food for a group of four eggs Benedict, hash, pancakes and French toast. All delicious. Will be going back soon

Ordered from the Dine Out Boston menu, a great value. Some of the pine nuts on my salad were rancid, but I was able to shake them off the arugula and eat most of the salad. The halibut, greens and potatoes as the main were phenomenal. The dessert wasn’t bad, but didn’t have much flavor

I should first say the only good thing here was our server once we finally got seated. When I made the reservation I had put in notes our requests. We had a baby with us and while they had so many empty tables, they were not by any means trying to accommodate us. First gave us a table so tight we could not even get in to sit. Then when I asked the girl said that’s all they have. Then my sister in law went and spoke with the manager and they gave us another table but even then it was a tight spot. I understand when the restaurant is busy but it was not the entire upstairs salon was empty. And the girl who was sitting us was really rude making us stand while holding the baby and with an elderly. She could have asked us to sit then set the glasses etc. or at lease be nice about it. Our food took almost an hour and they said they are busy with an event. I asked that can they at least bring the kid order since he was starving and impatient waiting. Our waiter was nice and pleasant but the service overall was really poor. I use to go to this place often but this will our last time there until I hear from someone they have improved again
