Bertucci's Kendall Square - Cambridge

Service was quite poor although there were only 3 or 4 tables with customers. The pizza base felt dry and not chewy. The rolls were good. We had to ask for dinner plates the wait staff assumed that the small plate for the appetizer and roll should be sufficient. The server never came back to check or to ask if we needed anything else.

Terrible!! Made a reservation on this website and got to the restaurant and they were closed.

Short of server and waited for foods to be served for 45 min. The food was terrible

Reservation for 7:30pm. We had to write down our order on a piece of paper for the waitress. At 9:00pm, I had to ask where our food was. We asked for separate cheques but the bill came as one cheque and the waitress couldn't figure out how to make separate cheques.

I went to this place to celebrate New Years Eve. It was very quiet with probably three four tables filled. The host was pretty nice to us. Then after the food was served. Everything went downhill for me.The food was cold by the time it was served. I think the entre and appetizer was prepared simulataneosly and by tbe time we were done with the appetizers. The entre was cold. My pasta was already stiff. I went with three other friends and we said we will split the sampler but pay the entre separately. She got super mad to see four cards. Not really the best was to celebrate my New Years.
