this is a great place to come with their friends who are not vegan as everyone can eat here and it is a quality menu. there are many vegan caffes in boston, but most serve dishes, are not formal restaurants, but casual eating and taking. love the outdoor kitchen in good flow with views of the charles river. if they do not offer them the vegan menu, ask them how they have one, but do not ignore their main menu, as the... Location view: Amazing. Everything else: Not great. We had brunch, the lavender mimosa was so heavily chemical syrup that I couldn’t take more than a few sips. The avocado toast was a) not toasted and b) made with pre made avocado that soaked the bread. View all feedback.
Separate vegan menu love this. We shared Pita/hummus, Jens Burger, Soup and Caesar Salat. Pita/hummus was part of our favorite ever, Jens Burger was good, soup was great, Caesar Salat was strange - when it came out, they told us that the Caesar Dressing has anchovies and gave us a Vinaiigrette dressing. Not quite sure why it was on the vegan menu if that is the case, we suspected that they were probably just outside or the server did not understand. No biggie, still happy with the food and stayed full. Spent about $100 (also got three drinks $13 per pop). Scene was better than expected for a hotel bar/restaurant – on a Saturday evening in the middle of winter, but we were still sitting immediately. We want to go back.
Very nice atmosphere and staff. The Lambburger was delicious. I asked for an appetizer that they had no more on the menu and they prepared it for me. Very professional.
I fought for brunch here. It is a hotel bar in Royale Sonesta. Good views of the Charles River to see Boston. About 3 TVs at the bar if you want to go and catch sports. Hopefully next time it will be warm enough that the outdoor meals are available
Okay, I didn't expect this place to be as amazing as it was. Everything was astonishing in your mouth. In slow food and usually burgers for me become dry when they sit (even in rare attempts). My Lamb Burger stayed tasty and juicy until the last bite regardless of my food speed. You Clam Chowder and Pumpkin Torte were also fantastic
A solid hotel restaurant with average service and great food. This last weekend came for Brunch. When we arrived, we were told that we should wait another 15 minutes, as their kitchen was understated and overwhelmed with orders. We finally sat around the promised time, and fortunately there were no significant delays afterwards. We have the crab cake, Artbar Burger, and the bananas promote the French toast. Based on the reviews, I had no high expectations of their food, but they were surprisingly good. I liked the crispy cover layer on the crab cake, and the Arugula salad on the side was a great pair with the slightly spiced crab meat inside. There were no fresh veggie toppings on the burger, but it was still packed with umami flavors. We also enjoyed the Banana French Toast. It was not excessively sweet, but the candied walnut toppings gave him a real amount of sugar boost. Overall, I was happy to know that ArtBar exceeded my expectations. Prices were appropriate for the quality, and I would probably return if I did not receive brunch reservation in other popular places in the city.
