The hotel is well-furnished and operated like some of the larger five-star hotels, but it has a much more relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The personal interactions make it stand out, as you don't find that everywhere. I will definitely choose to stay here again. Service: 5 out of 5.

The room itself is nice and well-equipped. However, dinner needed some improvement in terms of service and management. The quality of the meat was disappointing, and the wine list was misleading—items were advertised but not available. Breakfast was hit or miss as well. I barely made it to the next town (number 2). With more attentive management, both the food and beverage offerings could greatly improve. Overall, I would rate the service as a 3.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the bedding is somewhat outdated, and the pillows could use replacement at least every six months. The staff is accommodating and goes above and beyond to meet your specific needs. Keep in mind that weekends can get noisy due to a nearby bar. Additionally, this establishment does not offer halal food. Rooms are equipped with basic tea and coffee, as well as Wi-Fi, ensuring you have a private and comfortable space. Overall, it's a reasonable stop for a long journey.

However, the receptionist seemed unaware of this information. The rooms were fine, but contrary to what we were told, there was no fridge available. Service in the restaurant was slow, and it was disappointing that none of the specials were available, especially since it was still early evening. After providing us with the bill, our server vanished, only to be spotted later sitting in the bar. We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location. On a positive note, fridges were installed in our rooms for the second day—thank you for that.
