This place was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and the service was top notch! Salay was friendly, attentive and upbeat in interacting with questions about the menu. Iona is a manager who popped by our table and really showed genuine interest highlighting Teds Bulletin values their customers and staff alike. Highly recommend checking this place out! What J “Dallas” Young doesn't like about Ted's Bulletin:
As much as I wanted to love the Crab cake Benedict it just was not hitting! The crab cake tasted off, the hollandaise sauce had too much vinegar or something, and the English muffin was brittle and lacked flavor. View all feedback.

Wait staff put hectic pressure on diners to place orders fast; this was a minor issue. The main issue is that phone staff was incompetent and apparently incognizant of people 's time. I called for an itemized receipt because the receipt sent after my visit had had no itemization. The team member answering the phone asked me to wait a minute or a moment as they fetched a manager. After 20 minutes of wait music, I hung up and called again. The same team member picked up and seemed to behave as if nothing was awry, telling me that there was a manager right in front of me . Then, a hold started even though said manager was right there purportedly. Then, after 5 minutes of holding again for the manager right in front of me , I hung up. I called back, and the manager picked up personally and acted as if nothing was wrong. It took over 40 minutes to produce a receipt that, under good practice, would have been available in the first place, and staff seemed entirely unreflective. I 've added a star because the attentiveness and effort from the manager themself were exceptional.

The quality of my sandwich was so bad I went vegan the next day. we need to have an honest frank dialogue about how this place at one point was delightful and now it 's a place that you take your Midwest grandma to and she goes oh that 's nice and cute, but a smidge on the spendy side Its unsexy, its just below solid with most dishes. Someone in management is coasting, its one step above Silver Dollar Diner but actually maybe on par? 14th Street and you deserve better. Service notes: Refill my water, yell at your kitchen when the food doesn 't look right fix the French Fry crumb diaster that comes with every plate.
Just called to try and make a reservation over the phone and was told to use OpenTable or Walk in. So if you have a paid hostess or host. Should they not book a reservation over the phone? Doesn’t make me want to book a reservation here now.
