Phenomenal pizza some of the best I’ve ever had. The american honey was absolutely delicious. The house mango drink was really good as well.I saw some reviewers complaining that the workers were rude but they’re banging out like a dozen artisan pizzas a minute for not a whole lotta money so I don’t blame them for being stressed and the guys were perfectly nice to me.To the owner: give your staff a raise and hire more... What Cynthia Li doesn't like about &pizza E Street:
I made a pick up order through Google map, which showed the restaurant is open till 8:00pm. However when I arrived there at 7:20pm, the place was totally closed and I felt it was closed for hours. Not sure why they still received orders when they close. View all feedback.

The pizza was okay, but not memorable. The staff needs customer service skills. I ordered my pizza exactly as advertised, yet the staff kept asking me how I wanted the pizza made and what I wanted included. I told them at least three times already! I had time to kill, so I decided to eat there. I asked for a chip so I could get some water and was denied. I was told they don 't serve water but fountain drinks only. I don 't drink soda, but that didn 't matter to them. I won 't be back. I won 't patronize any establishment that treats its customers as though they were dishonest.
Read through this location 's reviews, especially the recent ones; you will notice a recurring theme similar to the experience we had the recently: The food tastes great, but the experience was ATROCIOUS .I 'm a very tolerant and forgiving person and I do try to not leave negative reviews. Everyone has bad days and no one is expected to be perfect all of the time, but after being treated the way we did in the shop that day, and more importantly after the inability to connect with anyone at corporate/management to discuss my experience; I am confident of two things:1 An objective account of my experience is deserved2 No one at this location or corporate gives a hootMy family and I visited this location and ordered 4 pizzas. The man taking my wife 's order repeated it back to her which we confirmed as accurate. He repeated it back to us again which we confirmed, then again which again was confirmed. At first we thought there was a misunderstanding because the music was so loud, but then I realized my wife was being harassed. Clearly there was something about the phrase plain pizza that was offensive, causing extreme discomfort and emotional stress. We feel very badly; had we known plain pizza would cause an extreme emotional response, we would have ordered something less stressful. Then paid for our meal my children went to wash their hands. When I was unable to recall what one of my kids ordered, I was treated with additional disrespect and hostility mumbled comments and snickering between the three employees while my wife and I tried to figure out what was ordered. Again, difficult to hear but something along the lines of this fool doesn 't even know what he ordered was said.Waiting for our food in stunned silence and disbelief over what just occurred; we noticed the employees took frequent breaks to go outside. I 've worked the pizza oven myself so I know how mentally and physically refreshing it is to detach for a little bit.Upon leaving, we were immediately overcome by a strong Skunky smell. If I had to guess, the smell was probably coming from a black sedan parked directly in front of the business. Woman in the passenger seat and someone that appeared to work here in the driver seat – pretty convenient place for them to sit and rest when they need a quiet place for a bit.On the receipt there was a website where you could share your thoughts. I did so, and made it clear I wished to speak to someone directly. A few days later, I received an automated response acknowledging receipt. Again requested to speak to someone after not hearing back again, I looked for other ways to communicate with corporate.I found a on their website which has since been disconnected. I found another email and asked to be contacted (nothing). Then went onto their Facebook page and messaged another canned response indicating that they 've gone to all text messaging and that their FB messaging isn 't being monitored. So then I texted their service several times and again received not a single acknowledgment; not even automated. Tried different hashtags and followed the instructions anywhere I found them.As of this writing, it is almost 2 weeks after my experience. I gave this company every opportunity to write a wrong, or at the very least allow a customer to feel that their voice can be heard which would have likely prevented this review. Judging by other reviews and the fact that they disconnected their phone number, pizza clearly has no interest in establishing actual brand loyalty to go along with their loyalty program .I can 't imagine that the owner 's responses to negative Google reviews is genuine when they say that they 'll look into the matters if they actually don 't even care to HEAR about the matters.CEO intends to roll out kiosk ordering. Brilliant move; might have avoided the worst confrontation of my entire life had I not been required to interact with employees. Would 've enjoyed
Store manager Nancy was very sweet and nice. Will return again
