This place has been infamous for years as more of a scene than a fine-dining establishment. The food ranges from mediocre to good and the service tends to alternate between unctuous and indifferent. It 's always been popular, though. Chac 'un à son goût!

Perfect place to talk about illegal overseas deals with oligarchs from US enemies around the world.

The atmosphere is the saving grace here. For what is supposed to be a “DC staple” I was far from impressed. The food was bland and expensive. Service here was equally terrible. Half of our table received their cocktails AFTER we had finished entrees. Do not recommend.
