At 7:00 for a coffee, Mikey went on for the day. Works already. The reservation for 6 in the evening Mikey is still on its own, but cooking is waiting for tables and mixed drinks too. Sensational food, ingenious service for a man show in a busy restaurant. Definitely recommend. View all feedback.

Greeted by the owner who appeared grubby and totally unfriendly. After some effort he pushed two tables together to seat 10 of us and we never saw him again or any other staff for that matter , there was about 5 other patrons tops and saw no requirement for bookings.. Our friend went and got some menu’s, waited 5 minutes but no one came so we all walked out ! Went to another place who seated us with ease and fed us w... View all feedback.
Beautiful venue and beautiful lady who serves us, we would highly recommend this place. Also very favorable.

Great view, great food. Benny's eggs flew die. Friendly staff.
Great place for coffee, cocktails and food with a beautiful view. A real family feel at this place and dogs are welcome to the terrace area!
The restaurant adjacent to our hotel was booked out for breakfast, so I found this place online and booked a table. Set in a very pretty part of Kawana Island, with easy parking. A lovely waitress greeted us for breakfast, with perhaps a Greek accent? Not sure. The coffee was exceptional given that I don't take my coffee with milk or sugar I pick up on bad coffee rather quickly my double espresso was amazing, and served in a glass rather than a cup. I ordered the chorizo shakshuka, and my wife her usual Eggs Benedict. Decent portion sizes, and the shakshuka was very generous with the feta. My wife found the avocado slices instead of smashed odd, but that's just her being fussy. The one big disappointment at breakfast was both our eggs were overdone to the point they were nearly completely hard yolked. It was my wife's birthday lunch that day with family, and true to form my mother in law was screwing her nose up at every option until my wife mentioned this place. You can't book less than four hours in advance online, but a phone call had a table for eight sorted easily. Pork belly with a prawn topper for both of us. Lovely jus, and for $8 ended up with six decent prawns. Crispy kale added a nice texture. The pork belly had spent too long under the broiler and was burnt on top, but its lovely texture and flavour made up for this minor transgression. Well worth the drive to Kawana Island.
