I had an execution order. It was done when I got there, but it took a long time to check out. The store itself looked clean, but the Pizzeria Prep Station was a holly disaster. Eating everywhere. Well, it's Dominos people. What more is there to say. Did a Walk-in rather than order online or call. This was around noon or so. They weren't very busy and the guy up front was friendly and courteous. I know, I've had worse dealing with the app and notgetting what I paid for. But for the walk-in, it was good this time. Horrible service! We have tried time and time again and EVERY single time the food is great but the delivery or customer service is horrible. Placed an order online and it shows 45 minute delivery time. Hour later we call to find out if it has been cookedor out for delivery. The lady who answered says we are trying the best we can and it is on its. We asked, how do you know if itis on its way you didn?t even ask our names or number we ordered it under. She then replies what?s the name. We have her a fakename just to see if she would tell us the same thing and surprise surprise she tells us after a 2 second hole it is on it?s way.We ask for the manager and she comes on the line and asks our name. We tell her and she says it is done and sitting there butthey only have 1 driver. I understand being short staffed but no apology or anything. So then we tell her we will just come andget it and to take the delivery charge and the tip off, but then she tells us we will have to cancel the order and pay when weget there and hope the money goes back on the account. This place is a joke.
Stayed at a near buy hotel for the night. Got hungry and ordered dominos Calhoun. They delivered my food super fast. Pizza was steaming hot and soda was ice cold! Great job guys!
I just moved to Calhoun. My husband works for Papa John's and I can eat her pizza with little to no cost, but I always went to Dominos on Cherokee St in Kennesaw, GA. ...... I picked up my pizza from Domino on Red Bud Rd in Calhoun and must say that it leaves much to wish. Worst pizza ever. Should be a sharp thin crust, it is burned at most edges and soggie. The crust falls apart and seems like an old crust... not to mention that it is cold. I'll heat up later in the oven and see that I can salt one of this order. If everything else fails, I will eat my cinnamon twists, hopefully they will save the day... they look very good.
Quick friendly service and great pizza ???? Always great pizza and you can earn free pizza ????
