Many thanks to manifattura di gelato, the busiest and the place in the city! faster and friendly service, delicious food and beautiful environment. we enjoyed every meal and visit, the whole was absolutely wonderful!

Great service, very attentive but not fussy staff, great food, good price also went out of their way to accommodate a gluten free and special diet. There was a short queue for a table with good reason would highly recommend

We were in calheta for a week and must of came three or four times. The staff are great and the food is amazing. Really worth a visit.

Since this place first opened living in Madeira have visited this little Italian Restaurant / ice cream parlor been here 4 times with my husband & have taken so far 2 sets of friends , have tried the lamb loin, carrot soup , pizza's & of course the home made ice cream ... all ingredients are fresh , i have read some other reviews on this little place & i find it hard to understand that people class this as an ice cream only place & score there review on that .. i can a sure you this restaurant has a lot to offer & the food is very tasty ... and the ice cream to finish off the dinner is to die for .. i think the best ice cream in Madeira .. you must try the chocolate chilly & the coconut (yummm) .. the owner Catherine & her staff are very friendly & helpful keep up the good work & well done you for putting a great little restaurant with a good view in Calheta :)

We enjoyed many of our evenings in Calheta at Manifattura Di Gelato. The pizza's are very tasteful, but also their locally produced icecream is great. The staff is very friendly and we had a great laugh. Thank you for the nice experiences!
