The food was EXCELLENT here, very fresh, flavourful, and authentic, exactly what we were craving! Affordable prices, clean bathrooms, LOVED the decor especially the fun Halloween decorations : The server was very sweet but she wasn't very attentive: she never offered us more water or something else to drink, and we were curious about dessert? We had to finally get our own takeaway containers and get up to get our bills because she didn't check on us. We will be back though, and love the food and atmosphere : Also the restaurant can only be accessed from outside the hotel on the back side, don't go into the hotel, Google Maps needs to update their directions.

Great authentic tasting food and atmosphere. Unfortunately none of the food came spicy as requested, and the default is with little or no spice. Was easily one of the best Thai food places in town

I was really looking forward to getting dinner at this location of White Elephant.The food was amazing!The service.. abysmal. (1) Had to remind them of our rice order several minutes after getting the curries brought to the table. (2) Despite asking for the cheque multiple times, it took us almost walking out without paying for someone to actually provide the bill for payment. (3) So, what should have been a pleasant 45min dinner took almost 2 hours.Also, it is in an older hotel, and it is a nightmare to figure out how to get into.If you decide to go, park around on the EAST Side of the hotel property. You cannot access the restaurant from inside the hotel. AT ALL!

We are usually big fans but haven't visited since COVID. We recently visited again and were so excited but something's definitely changed. Their new location isn't as nice to dine in. The service was horrible and was the worst part of the experience. Our food took forever and when we asked about our last dish, they came back out and asked if we still wanted it. Like??? The server we had was rude. He taunted my mom as we left the establishment which prompted this review. I could have let the missed dish and slow and inattentive serving slide since we were such fans of the place and things happen. But do not mock your customers that were disappointed by an experience rightfully so. Very disappointed.

I haven't been here in years but remembered food was good. Came today and everything was underwhelming and left quite disappointed. Pad Thai was very very sweet, papaya salad bland and not spicy? Not sure if we have to ask for spice but server didn't ask for our preference either. Also there were a ton of flies and fruit flies which was a bit off putting
