that was great. my children had the mushroom soup and the focaccia for the first time and they just loved it. my children liked everything we ordered. the sait culinary students are amazing. we were happy with eating and service and this is a good way to support the students! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Highwood:
I used to go to high-road when you started, suppe or salat, deer and dessert paid. I took my family and was not disappointed that it turned into a restaurant style experience. but my fish was like a customs on a potato with not even a handful of baby vegetables for dollar! will probably not go again. Love this place so much! The food is always excellent and most of the time seasoned and cooked to perfection. Due to the chefs being students there may be a few bumps on the service, but never anything major. Tried the specials: deconstructed surf and turf with braised beef and scallops as well as Squid Ink Parpadelle with shrimp in a tomato sauce. Amazing service and happy hour between 4:30 to 6:00 is phenomenal!

The service at this restaurant was exceptional. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we were attended to and happy with everything. The appetizer selection was limited, but we enjoyed the artichoke dip. However, the Duck Two Way entree was only decent in my opinion. The duck breast was undercooked for my taste and the duck leg confit was lacking in flavor. The sauce was overly sweet for my liking. Despite this, the dessert was delicious. Overall, the service was top-notch and the desserts were the highlight of the meal. We had a wonderful experience at Highwood. Thank you for a great time.
This restaurant is a wonderful idea for a school. The students were exceptional and the food was amazing. We received excellent value for our money. The cherries jubilee dessert was delightful. We will definitely be returning.
The students and instructors deserve praise for their excellent service! I ordered the seafood pot pie and it was delicious. My companion had the salad, which was beautifully presented. Our student server even learned how to make an Affogato, which was a fun experience, and the bartender made a fantastic Negroni for me.
