However, I noticed I started experiencing gut inflammation regularly, which I traced back to having their ice cream every night. It contains common additives like xanthan gum and carrageenan, the latter of which I recently learned is linked to health concerns. Since Foothills Creamery promotes itself as a small dairy focused on wholesome products, I expected healthier ingredients rather than the same additives used by large corporations. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and revises its recipes soon. I would gladly pay a little more for ice cream free from these chemicals and fillers.

Recently, she sampled some in Jasper, Richmond, and Prince George. Since Prince George serves Foothills Creamery, she declared it the best!
