My previous experience with cream puffs was limited to grocery store versions, which don’t compare at all to these. As an avid baker, I appreciate discovering something fresh and different in a bakery beyond the usual offerings. The cream puffs aren’t overly sweet, which I loved. The salted caramel cream puff was absolutely incredible—the balance of salty and sweet was perfect. I can’t wait to come back and try more, since this time I only sampled the cream puffs.
