Dunkin' - Caldwell

Drink was all ice, when i went back into complain the woman would not give me her name. Two sips of coffee for $5.00. All she said is i made it wright

This location by far is the WORST!!! Rude, uneducated staff, bad attitude, no customer service skills. That's a reflection of the Store Manager, who seems to have every other day off. Staff can barely speak English. Drive another mile down Bloomfield Ave to a far better location.

Ordered an “americano” there but it was way too bitter I had to throw it out after few sips… seems like they don’t change filter clean the machine often enough

I would give it no stars . Poor customer service they took my order wrong then I corrected them. Then my bacon egg and cheese was made in a croissant no English muffins. But that's not it instead of making me a new sandwich they took off the egg and bacon which was melted with cheese and put it on a English muffins right in front of me very unprofessional.

I'm a dunkin fan. I've visited it several times. Friendly and friendly staff. Buuut... 1. Need to add more taste to icey/frozen drinks; especially if the customer wishes and pays for additional taste. 2. Napkins, straws and sugar should always be available at service level; especially if his only 9 o'clock. Come on, you can do better. I'm back.
