The service was terrible. It took 4 minutes for someone to take our order in the drive-thru, and when we asked for shakes, they didn't have them. They should have had a notice displayed to inform customers.

The restaurant had poor service during lunch service, with only one staff member working who walked out after 10 minutes of waiting to be served. Additionally, there was only one person in front of us in line.
