We spent an exceptional moment in culinary art and family relaxation. New, amazing and sumptuous tastes, with a creative and respectful approach to the body, mind and planet. A dynamic team and a great kindness, like Chef Nadia Sammut who came to exchange with us at the end of the meal. All of this in a very beautiful Provencal frame, green and quiet, dried by cigales. What to say except for a big thank you! And we will remember this exceptional and unique moment, and look forward to coming back!
A very nice enchanted parenthesis that appeals to all senses. Very nice culinary discoveries and a beautiful encounter with Nadia, the mistress of the place, the journey and the incredible projects that give meaning to our way of eating. That's good! Bravo.
Everything is wonderful at the Table in the Nadia countryside. His generosity, his obvious passion that allows him to lead from front and with a smile all this adventure, his commitments to a world with a better taste until the finesse of his card. We have enjoyed it, the emotion of seeing it build all this extends to our palaces and taste buds. It's much more than a gastronomic adventure. It was perfect, and it would be a mistake. Bravo
MAGIC !!! We participated in a cooking workshop this Saturday and Nadia Sammut is simply extraordinary! From the vegetable garden to the kitchens through the solar oven the experience was complete and so enriching!!! All that she does is reflected, coherent, modern and embedded in a project with a real consciousness of tomorrow. Not to forget to put taste to honor by shaking the habits of each one in order to evolve the spirit of cuisine and the habits of all. To do and redo...... Thank you for your simplicity, pedagogy and knowledge that you communicate in a simple and passionate way. Stop coming back!
