I came here at least twice a day for the week we were in Palermo. They made my American coffee each morning eventhough I know they really cringed inside. Throughout the day we sampled freshly made pastries, gelato, panini and traditional Sicilian street food. By the 3rd day they greeted me as if I was a local. They knew a little English and I know a little Italian so we were able to get my orders done. The prices were very reasonable and nothing like the touristy locations. In the evening locals filled the tables on the front patio and to me that is a sign of a much loved restaurant bar. I don 't think I will pass through Palermo again but I will always remember Bar Touring.
