The food is awesome and the service is of equally high quality. Some of the best dishes are the molcajete, enchiladas habaneros, Rammy special, and fajitas. And don't forget to ask if they have any Mexican waters. If you have not tried horchata, try it and you will like it. View all feedback.
What Jess the Blessed doesn't like about Guadalajara Mexican Grill:
An employee host requires customer relations skills training. When seated with an additional table adjoined next to a booth and near the front entrance, I asked that my family and I be moved to another location, away from the aisle and traffic entering to be seated. My request was denied. In turn, we decided to leave. The employee insultingly told me that it was my loss and it was my fault. I do not recommend the ser... View all feedback.

The host at this restaurant needs training in customer relations. When my family and I were seated at a table next to a booth near the front entrance, I requested to be moved to a quieter location, away from the busy aisle and the flow of customers coming in. Unfortunately, my request was denied. As a result, we opted to leave. To make matters worse, the employee rudely claimed it was my loss and that I was to blame for the situation. I cannot recommend this restaurant or its service.
The food was outstanding, and the service was fantastic! My wife and I were initially skeptical about how good a Mexican restaurant could be located in a bowling alley. However, we are so glad we decided to give it a chance!
We started visiting this restaurant when it first opened, and at that time, the food was outstanding and the service was top-notch. Charlie was always around, which made every visit enjoyable. However, during our recent visits, the service has been disappointing, and the food hasn't been appealing at all. We tried giving it multiple chances, even encountering a rubber band in our meal. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to Cancun in Jacksonville. Without Charlie, the experience just isn't the same.
