I don’t like writing bad reviews, but my 26 year old daughter got bad food poisoning from the Imperial Shrimp. Was sick for two days. She thought they tasted “off” but trusted that they wouldn’t make her sick. Just be wary if you go there. View all feedback.
What an unexpected treat! One block off a main road, you will find this obscure venue that you won't want to miss. It took asking around more than once for directions, but well worth it. It couldn't have had a more simple and rustic ambiance, and our kind waiter could not have been more patient and considerate to every question asked. The place was pleasantly clean, and what we got for the price, was extraordinary. We ordered the clam appetizer. Oh my! you would notice right away that each of those shells had more clams in them, than what each one would naturally have had when originally opened. All fresh and delicious. And for an entree, we ordered their shrimp and grilled octopus rice dish cooked in butter with slices of avocados on top. Yummy!! It's too bad we were only in Cabo for a short while during a cruise, otherwise that would have been our regular place to eat.
Loved everything!!! The seafood was so fresh. Ordered the clam ceviche and oyster ceviche. The clam was my favorite dish here. It was just raw clam that you squirt lime on and it’s so fresh that it starts squiggling. The oyster ceviche is just raw oysters and they’re a little salty because where the oysters were picked but it was also very fresh!! We also had the fish ceviche, soft shell crab, the lobster, and the grilled octopus. They were all good but the soft shell crab was the groups favorite out of the cooked food. Lobster and octopus were grilled perfectly. For drinks we had the limonada, orange agua, and piña agua. I’d skip the limonada personally I don’t like sour-sweet drinks but the other two were very good. The pineapple was pineapple mint which was a good mix. 10/10 would put this in my Cabo guide for friends and family when they visit.
