The bacon and chess pies are the best I had. Even ordered a second one after eating the first one. It is a cosy diner with both indoors and outdoors sitting. Great place for lunch after visiting the buchan caves.
Absolutely gorgeous cafe, awesome vibe and great food. Savoury scones with relish were so good! Coffee is really good as well!
Nice setting, beautiful garden. Food items are old school and very good quality produce. The butter was buttery, the eggs were fresh and the yolks were very bright. People were fried sky and helpful.

A nice place for a coffee or light meal, with dining inside the old building or in the garden to one side (where you may be entertained by the large cat in residence who will work tirelessly to introduce you to other travelers). The cafe also hosts a wonderful collection of second hand memorabilia, including various very cheap Australian hardbacks (there was even an early edition Gatley on Libel and Slander going for a fraction of a fair price). Prepare to be surprised. The people who stop to drink coffee here may have journeyed from Kiandra or the Snowy, and they all have stories.
