Love coming in here for a quick bite to eat while strolling the shops at the mall. I think mall pretzels typically get a bad wrap for being stale, gross, cold, and the workers uncaring. And what's the deal with peanuts on airplanes ? But pretzels at Auntie Anne's are different from your normal mall pretzel flair. Service was slow, and the entire staff was rude. The lady ahead be didn't speak very good English so she was pointing at what she wanted the girl who was helping her told her I can't see what you're pointing at you have to speak English , I left at that point. We absolutely love Tante Annie's Pretzel! We recently tried the cinnamon twist for the first time and it was fantastic! We would definitely recommend it. The restaurant wasn't too busy and we received good service in less than 10 minutes.
The service at this restaurant was awful. It was slow, with limited options, and the servers were also rude.
The restaurant is situated in Tanger Outlets, making it one of the few dining options available. While the food is satisfactory, there is room for improvement in the customer service department. Unfortunately, there are no available seating options.
