Been having take away from Slowboat for about 6-7 years, usually twice per month, Never had a bad meal, consistently good quality, delivery service is good, they give you estimate of delivery time and 90% of time its within 5 mins or so. Absolutely disgusting curry sauce looked like it was from the night before, ribs were like chewing on a leather boot, chicken toast wasn’t even cooked and the chicken was rock hard too!! Only nice thing was the cans of coke and it cost £50 for all of it had to order something else was inedible Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
Instead of picking the phone up, saying hold please and leaving the line open for 10 minutes eventually hanging up on the customer, just explain you are not taking orders. Its much quicker. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Service: 1
